General Description
Whole process cost consultation runs through the whole process of project construction, and cost control can be carried out in the following stages. Bidding stage, project implementation stage, completion settlement and post-evaluation stage.
Since its establishment, the Engineering Cost Consulting Department has successively completed the whole process investment control of many large civil and industrial projects (including EPC), accumulated rich experience in the whole process investment control and management, and established the complete and systematic management system.
