The design of utility tunnel makes full use of the city underground space, reduces the occupied area of underground pipe in both sides of and below the road, which ensures the stability and safety of city’s lifeline. It has the advantages of low later maintenance cost and improving the city environment, meanwhile, has the ability to avoid the second damage caused by the break-off and falling of light pole and broken wire.

        Underground utility tunnel for New Shougang High-End Industry comprehensive service park 
        The planned utility tunnel length is of 28km. The section size of the tunnel is respectively: double-cabin room of 6.2m*3.6m, three-cabin room of 8.9m*3.5m. The tunnel includes municipal pipelines for water supply, renovated water, thermal force, power wire and cable, telecommunication pipe, fuel gas, etc.

       Utility tunnel demonstration project for New Shougang High-End Industry comprehensive service park - Xiuchi pipe tunnel
       It is located below the Xiuchi bottom parking lot in Beijing Shougang industrial park, its total length is 780m, section size of the tunnel is of 7.0m*3.7m, it has two-cabin room structure which is divided into combined cabin and heavy current cabin. The tunnel includes municipal pipelines for thermal force, water supply, renovated water, power cable, telecommunication, etc.

       Based on the technology of internet of things, integrated 3-D visualization technology, sensing technology, big data cloud calculation technology, aided decision technology, radio communication technology and automatic control technology, capable to display, analyse, update, maintain and count in real time the operating data of environment of the pipe gallery and various main pipelines, support in all aspects the daily operation, maintenance and management of the pipe gallery owner and emergency disposal for accident.

       It is located below the Xiuchi bottom parking lot in Beijing Shougang industrial park. With a total length of 780m, it is divided into combined cabin and electrical power cabin, including the municipal pipeline for thermal force, water supply, renovated water, power cable, telecom pipe, etc.

       The length in Phase 1 is respectively of 550m and 220m, and the section size is respectively of 12.3mX3.6m, 6X3.6m. The incoming pipeline into gallery, including the pipeline of water supply, renovated water, thermal force, telecom, electricity, fuel gas, etc., adopts four-cabin and two-cabin section type respectively.

       With a total length of 3.67km and a section size of 4.2mX2.6m, it includes heating hot water pipe, hot water pipe for bathing, domestic and fire water supple pipe, outdoor fire water supply pipe, power cable pipe, telecom cable pipe, etc.
