Since 2015, 10 patents has been achieved, among which 1 is invention patent; We have made up the Beijing general atlas, The Heating Engineering, with Beijing local standard applied, which plays a leading and demonstrate role in the national heating industry; We have developed static dust-cleaning bag filter with features of less occupied land, investment saving, low operation cost and ultra-low emission. Currently, the equipment is under installation stage; We have developed ultra-low emission bag, which is suitable for the ultra-low emission under high-speed filtering air. It has been applied in Ironmaking Department of Qiangang.
Dedusting type of scrap cutting: opening cut without any environmental protection measures; cut inside plant with sprinkling; cut inside the plant with collecting device and fume purifying devices.
The mobile dedusting hood car is applied and traversing between cutting positions, which improves the operation efficiency; Mechanical flap valve is used to connect the fixed pipe and movable pipe, which achieves a zero leakage; Spark arrestor is adopted to collect the sparks in fume so as to ensure a safe and stable operation of equipment.

Technology of static dust-cleaning bag type dedusting
Flow gas after purification or outside air is used to clean dust, so there is no need for the pneumatic parts such as air compression system, air cylinder, pulse valve and so on. The dust-cleaning mechanism adopts patented technology product. Relying on machine + stroke switch to control dust cleaning, the operation of dust-cleaning mechanism is stable and reliable with low power consumption. The simple structure leaves few fault points and high reliability.
Ultra-clean emission technology
Since 2015, we have started the research and development of ultra-clean emission technology of dust removal system by virtue of the internal renovation project of Shougang Group. And a set of the dust removal system came in stream in March 2017, and its chimney particulate matter emission concentration is less than 4mg/Nm3, far better than the national standard.
