General Description

      Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.(hereafter referred to as BSIET), with its complete technical experience, focus on self innovation of sintering technology, by way of the optimized proposal, be willing to provide the customers in the world with such services as consultation, design, general contract, technical equipment manufacture and management in sintering project engineering.
      BSIET, as an engineering company of Shougang Group, learn and absorb from the production process, continuing on technical development and innovation, owning many patent technologies and a lot of technical rewards, with the unique technical advantages and rich management experience. It has provided for more than 20 clients engineering and EPC service of 30 sintering projects, owning the development and construction ability of 75m2-550m2 sintering machines. The 550m2 sintering machine project designed by BSIET has created new record of 14th batch of Chinese enterprise.

Superior Technology

(1) Process, Equipment and Technology of Large-scale Sintering Machine (550m2);

Stable operation after start-up is ensured and the design level is reached and exceeded by optimization of process layout, adopting advanced and reliable process equipment and provision of advanced automation control system.

(2) Flexible Driving Unit of Sintering Machine;

It is suspended with flexible support, suitable for alignment of sintering machine. The drive torque is big and structure is intact with low investment, and small land occupation area. 

(3) Wide Pallet Assembly of Sintering Machine

It obviously reduces air leakage at the side wall of the pallet in comparison to the conventional design. Meanwhile, the air suction along the pallet side wall forms a stream to go through the sintering raw material to improve the sintering condition at the edge. Therefore, less return is produced. The equipment productivity is increased and less energy is consumed. By this technology, the sintering area could be increased by 10%, sinter production capacity by 5-12%. And air volume per ton of sinter could be reduced by about 5-10%. Less electricity and coal is consumed and the unit energy consumption is reduced.

(4) Wide Pallet Assembly of Annular Cooler

The pallet is widened with premise that windbox, frame, and main body remain the same. Its advantage is the annular cooler loading and operation efficiency could be effectively improved. Also air leakage at material edge during cooling could be reduced and effectively used. It could improve the time-pallet production capacity of the annular cooler. We have applied patent for this technology.

(5) Biggest Chinese on-strand Cooled Sintering Process and Equipment Technology;

Chenggang Sintering Machine 4, 5 and 6 are 275m2 sintering + cooling area each, with effective sintering area of 150m2, effective cooling area of 125m2, and normal sinter ore production of 195t/h.

(6) Hot Air Circulation Dual-pressure Boiler Waste Heat Recycling Technology of Sintering Machine and Annular Cooler;

Adopting waste heat recycling technology, the dual pressure waste heat boiler is arranged to recover the heat of fume, which not only saves the energy and clean the environment, but also the influence of the technology of using cooling air to directly cool down high-temperature sinter is relieved. The hot sinter will be cooled down gradually by cooling air at certain temperature to improve the sinter quality. 

    

(7) Waste Heat Power Generation Technology of Sintering Machine;

Waste heat power generation technology is to recover the heat of high temperature waste gas.Dual pressure boiler is adopted to produce medium pressure overheat steam of 2.0Mpa and 0.3Mpa low pressure saturated steam. It can provide steam to condensing power generating unit and the heat of steam will be turn into power, and the water after condensing will be sent to boiler. The waste gas from the boiler is 150 Celsius degree and return to annual cooler through circulation fan for cooling media to cool the sinter ore, so as to increase the temperature of waste gas.

Feature: the raw material of the project is vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate, with advance process, intact procedure, short construction duration and great index. It is awarded the great EPC project prize of metallurgical industry.
