Pioneered in the research and development of the industry-leading prefabricated type building system in 2014, it now has a variety of proven systems such as prefabricated type steel structure and prefabricated type PC building. Embedded exterior wall system proposed for the first time in the industry has been recognized by the industry. The system makes it possible for a single plate to solve the problems of 75% energy saving in Beijing area, firefighting of high-rise buildings, etc., and the flexible connection between the wall panel and the main structure has been realized at the same time. In 2016, Shougang prefabricated type building research and development test work has been further developed. Designed by BSIET and invested by Shougang Construction Group, R&D demonstration base for Shougang prefabricated type building has been completed which covers an area of 12,000 ㎡, integrating functions of R&D of science and technology, engineering laboratory and technical demonstration.

Foundry village residential project of 4#, 7# building 
       The project is located in foundry village, Shijingshan District, Beijing. The total floor area of # 4 and # 7 steel structure residential buildings is about 35,000㎡, which are 13 floors above ground and 15 floors above ground respectively. Listed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as "Demonstration Project for House Industrialization of Beijing”

Ertong steel structure prefabricated type housing project

       The project occupies a land of 21,000 ㎡, and the building area is 77,000㎡. Including 4 houses (each has two layers underground, and 24, 24, 21, 22 layers above ground respectively); underground garage (three layers, including anti-air-raid area); matching kindergarten, etc. All buildings in the community are steel structures, which is the first in China.
